Psychotherapist and author Stella O’Malley talks about the emotion of shame and the way it cripples and paralyses people into thinking that they are fundamentally bad at their core. She offers guidance on how to counter this shame narrative in a culture that has normalised shaming those who do not fit into cultural norms and encourages us to actively challenge this culture on social media.
